What happened: So I am on train No.** from New York Penn Station to White River Junction VT, and from the start we were one hour late ! Then, at too many stations, there were interminable waits and long stretches of just "sitting" — the excuse being that we had to wait for freight trains ! If this didn't happen EVERY time I take this route, I would overlook it, but, simply put, this is not acceptable ! Please, sort out your schedule with freight train companies — this train only goes once a day — so that there is no conflict over the tracks ! *I'm sorry : this is LOUSY customer service ! Sincerely,*Rolf Schulte
